Soco and Adrian are thrilled to own and operate Red Cork Bistro as well as its sister restaurant next door, Taqueria Puebla. Opened in 2019, Taqueria Puebla serves authentic Mexican cuisine from Soco's family recipes handed down for generations.
We are also proud to partner with Project 9 Brewing Company, where you’ll find our food truck parked permanently. Opened in January of 2025, Mexican Seoul offers a unique dining experience with a bold and vibrant menu of Korean and Mexican fusion cuisines. You’ll find a casual yet trendy neighborhood atmosphere perfect for catching the game, as sports are a highlight here.
