Let Us Cater Your Event

Red Cork Bistro & Catering will curate an unforgettable dining experience for your event. Our buffet-style menu caters to groups with up to 400 guests, offering diverse options tailored to your event’s unique needs. Allow us to handle every detail while you savor the moment and indulge in a seamless event experience.

We are a full-service catering company and can do as much or as little as you would like for your event.
Here’s a rundown of our complete catering capabilities:

  • Selected menu
  • Set up and clean up of the buffet area
  • Management of the food that we have provided
  • Service staff members (minimum one staff member per 40 guests. Additional staff members may be needed depending on specific duties of the staff)
  • 1–2 bartenders, depending on headcount and bar menu (upon request)
  • All catering materials
  • Disposable plates, napkins, and utensils (upon request)
  • Bussing of disposable plates, napkins, and utensils from guest tables. We do offer bussing of rented plates, utensils & napkins from guest areas as an upgraded service that requires an extra server (or more, depending on group size).
  • It is important to note that we do not offer rentals of any kind.

Our Catering Menu

From Antipasto Skewers and Bacon-Wrapped Prawns to Flat Iron Steak and Wild Sockeye Salmon, our catering menu is robust! We even offer breakfasts and desserts. However, this menu is just a fraction of what we can provide. We are happy to help you produce a custom menu to fit your needs and wow your guests.

We believe in full transparency with pricing

We don’t want you to be surprised by anything except our excellence in catering your event.
To that end, our additional charges for event catering are:

  • 20% service fee
  • 10.6% tax
  • Staffing at $30 per hour per staff member
  • Licensed bartenders at $35 per hour per bartender
  • 20% auto gratuity

In addition, we have provided example Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) so that you are able to get a full picture of the total cost for event catering. Please note that these are just examples. Your final cost will be determined by food and beverage choices and service needs.

Our Catering Services Defined

  • Pick-up Catering: You'll pick up your order at Red Cork Bistro.
  • Catering & Delivery: We'll deliver your order, set up with our chafing dishes, and we'll pick up our equipment after your event ends.
  • Full-Service Catering with Staff: We'll deliver your order; set up/clean up the buffet area; manage the food that we have supplied; provide service staff members; bartender(s); provide all catering materials; provide disposable plates, napkins, and utensils (upon request); and bus the plates, napkins, and utensils from guest tables.
  • Full-Service Bar: Our bar packages have a $1,500 minimum. We'll provide 1–2 bartenders, depending on headcount and bar menu. Beverages are charged upon consumption.
